Conference registration required
Registration for BHI/BSN includes: Access to both conferences and all technical sessions, exhibits, welcome reception, AM/PM breaks, lunches, conference program, plus additional conference handouts. You will only have access to the digital conference proceedings (papers) of the main conference for which you registered. If you would like access to both conference proceedings, that is an additional $100.
Refunds: General attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if canceled in the CVENT registration system prior to April 1, 2019 and will incur a processing fee of $100. There are no registration refunds after April 1, 2019. Authors who have uploaded their final papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
At least one author of the paper must be registered at the appropriate full conference rate (Member, Non-member, Student member, Student non-member) in order to upload the final paper. While any author of the paper may be registered, only the designated “corresponding author” may upload the final paper. Once a manuscript has been uploaded, the registration fees cannot be refunded. Please be sure that the attending author completes payment and uploads the final paper. This means that they must be the “corresponding author”.
One author registration will cover the publication expenses of only TWO accepted papers. For each additional accepted paper associated to the same registration, a $150 USD printing contribution will be charged. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
If you need to register via bank transfer, please contact Chris Dyer (cdyer@conferencecatalysts.com).
